Fudgsicle Success!

Nutella Fudgsicles… DELICIOUS.

I know most of the world is gearing up for winter, and this post is as about as ill timed as it can get, but it’s too good not to share.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate milk
  • Fudgsicles molds

The original recipe used Pacific hazelnut chocolate milk, but since I’m not overly worried about dairy free, I used a good old fashion alternative. Chocolate syrup and milk.

I don’t have a whisk, so instead I used a knife and stirred the milk into the nutella in stages, which worked pretty well.

If I hadn’t been taking pictures while I mixed, the whole thing probably could have been done in 5 minutes. Even taking pictures, it probably only took 10-15 minutes to put it all together, and finally pour it into the molds!

Annnd, 2 hours later:

The recipe makes about 6-8 delicious fudgsicles. Freeze them for at least 2-2 1/2 hours, then enjoy!
